Resumo:Decision support system (DSS) is an instrument which is in the class of management information systems directly connected to the systemic analysis and whose principle is to support the process of take decision. The most pronounced insertion of DSS inside an organization consists in an effective tool in the decision making process by firm's managers. From the exposed this present case study aims to show the impact of use of this type of system inside a beverage distribution company by means of unity's managers. This is done as of sales' simulation process and price's behavior of a management group of specific products. At the end of work is concluded that the resulting informations by DSS brought a management control and decision making previously not performed by the professionals responsible of the sector, causing all implementation process proves to be of great importance.
