總結: | Access to justice is recognized as a fundamental right. Aware of the several obstacles to their realization, based on bibliographical studies, this paper presents the legal empowerment of poor people as a trend to provide more effective justice. Moreover, tied the idea of development to poverty reduction, on the premise that eradicating misery, we ensure that more individuals are able to contribute to development. Poverty is presented by showing not only its illegality as well as criminalization, confirming thereby the denial of rights. And it is through legal empowerment process of poor, recognized as subjects of rights and as agents of their own development, that access to justice is pointing as a fundamental right that must be guaranteed, being essential in the fight against poverty and to the development of society. |
