Riassunto: | This work was the subject of a custody audit study, a procedure that aimed to
analyze whether or not an individual's imprisonment was maintained and to
assess possible misconduct committed against such non-arrest. Despite
international directive standards, custody of the custody hearing is generally
omission in relation to the procedural aspects of the review institute. In addition,
Brazilian non-constitutional legislation does not provide for such a procedure,
there are regulatory regulations regarding the above mentioned hearing. Thus, it
is relevant because of two problems faced by Brazil in relation to human rights
violations, two prisoners. Thus, or current academic work, presents the
importance of a custody hearing to be applied throughout the Brazilian territory,
as a form of protection, two main reasons for combat and combat those
possessed by individuals who are not subject to arrest. As a matter of fact, I do
not intend to review the general purpose of this study, it will be demonstrated or
the progress of the hearing that must be observed by the Brazilian Court of
Auditors of Custody, its importance in relation to the guaranteed fundamentals of
the Brazilian Ordinance and its final objective. in combating misconduct
perpetrated against a defendant or accused of any time This is to conclude that
a custody hearing deserves to be used in all jurisdictional units as a way to
enhance the protection of human rights guaranteed by the Federal Constitution
and international treaties dealing with these direct matters. |
