Resumo:This work consists of a bibliographical research, whose main objective is to discuss the importance of play in the practices of Child Education in the light of theoreticians such as Maluf (2004); Horn (2017); Redin (2013); and others. An approach is also taken on the child and play according to the official documents of child education, RCNEI (1998); DCNEI (2010). The role of play in the context of early childhood is emphasized. It is tried to present on the importance of the jokes like propellers of the pedagogical practices of the child education. The role of child education institutions is also investigated. Explain yourself about the role of the teacher. An approach is taken on the importance of planning as well as time and space. In this way the study exposes the conclusion that the pedagogical practices must be guided by the jokes. But for this, it is necessary to create adequate spaces and materials, as well as, the teacher to consider their educational action by means of planning and mediation to develop meaningful learning.
