Resumo:This work makes an analysis of the dimension of the Management of Education in the “Plano de Ações Articuladas (PAR, 2007-2011)” of Riachuelo/RN. It uses as a reference the area three named “Comunicação com a sociedade” and its indicators. This study is a sample from the research funded by “Observatório da Educação/CAPES” called “Avaliação do Plano de Ações Articuladas-PAR: um estudo em municípios dos Estados do Rio Grande do Norte, Pará e Minas Gerais no período de 2007 a 2012”. For the attainment of this project, it was used the following procedures: bibliographic research, which allowed a better comprehension of the educational policies in the context of neoliberalism, and the process of globalization. In what is related to the especifications of the thematics, it was necessary to make a more profound lecture about the participation between community and school and their repercusion in the management of Education. It was also used documental researches as “Relatório descritivo Final do PAR (2007 - 2011) do município de Riachuelo/RN”. The analysis of the indicators from area Three highlighted that there weren’t actions related to Management of Education in Riachuelo related to the relation between school and community, external partnerships, especific methodologies and the usage of the spaces of the School by the community. This perception brought actions to Riachuelo, because this is a necessary action to the improvement of the management of Education in the cities, according to PAR.
