Resumo:Investigates the impressions of elementary school students in a class of 4° grade in view of the situations of revision/recasting of texts of its production stock during the current school year. It is based on author and authorship’s Bakhtinian references (BAKHTIN, 2011; FARACO 2005; 2009), revision and appropriation of textual skills in childhood (BRANDÃO, 2006, ROCHA, 1999; 2008), as well as to the linguistic issues involved in research in the field of teaching and learning the mother tongue (GERALDI, 1997; ANTUNES, 2009; VIGOTSKY, 2007). From an action-research (BARBIER, 2004) formatted in pedagogical intervention we use content analysis (BARDIN, 2011; FRANCO, 2005) as an instrument of analysis of the corpus composed by the infantile enunciations on the act of recognizing and proposing to improve his writings from activities-questionnaires. The study highlights the importance of the constitution of authors as essential for textual improvement promoting the exotopia from the revision and textual refactoring, making of this distancing a mechanism of support to the progression of textual abilities favoring the condition of authorship. It conclude the necessity for investments in mediated exercises and textual improvement in Portuguese language teaching, as from textual’s recasting of different genres discursive and literary in order to the development of authoring capacity.
