Resumo:This article seeks to contribute to the dissemination of the conceptual field in order to differentiate and integrate concepts favouring a priori a better perception of the meaning of national curriculum and national common base, their consensus and dissent, so that once approved the text of this base will not have equivocal interpretations that sacrifice local knowledge at the expense of knowing that despite domestic a priori, the everyday life of the dissonant educating when considered its local learning needs. The study included the bibliographical research and in its outcome showed that the national common basis is much more an end in itself, in the interests of public and private actors aimed to incorporate into majority public school administration business logic, than a means to the achievement of the right to guarantee educational equity extensively propagated in legal scope.
