Resumo:This article proposes to present a current diagnosis about the problem of school indiscipline, dialoguing with several theoretical conceptions, possible causes and manifestations, but the main object of this study is to understand the consequences and especially, the factors that school indiscipline generates In order to answer this questioning, a research was developed based on the bibliographical revision of the theorists Gil (2002), Aquino (2016), Parrat (2016), De La Tayle (2016) and the application of a questionnaire on the topic of indiscipline with the teachers who work in elementary school I of the Municipal School Professor Terezinha de Lourdes Galvão, located in the city of Acari-RN. The data collected are presented through graphs that express in numbers the opinion and perception of the teachers regarding this theme in the school environment. The information analyzed shows that in 91% of respondents, indiscipline in its most varied forms is a factor present in the school and is part of the daily life of the classroom, and its cause is mainly attributed to family issues. The study also shows that the consequences generated by the school indiscipline imply in a negative way in the learning of these students, this is cause for concern and generates the need to find a more efficient way to deal with this so delicate problem. In pointing this way, the present article presents its contribution to the academic and educational community in general, as it presents an updated panorama about a real and present problem in our society.
