Resumo:The present work refers to an experience report from the practices carried out in the Supervised Internship III in Elementary School, held at the Monsenhor Raimundo Gurgel State School, presented to the Pedagogy Course of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte - UFRN, Campus of Caraúbas -RN in the EAD mode. The internship was accomplished in two moments, characterized by the theoretical studies of this theme, in the observations of the pedagogical practice and in the regency in the classroom. The same was developed using as a research source the records of all the activities carried out and the notes made daily in the observations, which were elaborated through the lived experiences, always articulating theory and practice. The study concludes that the internship is an activity that provides professional experiences and indispensable learning for the construction of an educator, contributing to the pedagogical practice and initial training of the trainee.
