Resumo:The main objective of this study is to recognize the importance of play for the integral development of the child and for his / her apprenticeship. They have as support the theoretical assumptions of Bueno (2010), Kishimoto (2001, 2010), Pereira (2014) among others, who served as the north for the elaboration of this intervention. This production underscores the importance of playgrounds for learning in this modality of Early Childhood Education, making it fundamental for the teacher to understand the playful universe in which the child communicates, either with her or with the world, developing fully and still benefiting the effects that the game provides in learning. The choice of the theme is justified by the understanding that play is a phenomenon of culture, which is configured as a set of practices and knowledge built and accumulated by each one in the historical and social contexts in which they are inserted, since the play is one of the important aspects in the child's life. Finally, through this study, the teacher will have the opportunity to make a more conscious reading about the playful aspect of the child's life, with an emphasis on play.
