Objective therefore treat on a bibliographic research on the elementary school teacher's role in the face of bullying in the classroom looking for strategies to combat the recurrence of this phenomenon in schools. Thus, seeks to address bullying prevention measures in the classroom highlighting the teacher that has an important role with this phenomenon, because it is those who deal directly with the risk of attacks carried out in the classroom of all kinds. It is noticed that this professional education is one of the key players that can be used in prevention, however, it must be able to know how to deal and overcome the situation as far as powers. The teacher of the classroom, so it is one of the first to have attitudes of prevention and possible solutions together with school, family and society. Using a bibliographical exploration research delved into the work of researchers (Pinto; White, 2001 Constantini, 2004 Ramos, 2016 Fante, 2005 Silva, 2002, among others, on the importance of developing the theme and achieve your goal. In these terms, that research is of great importance in the field of education, especially in the acting and the teacher's role as peacemaker bullying phenomenon in the elementary school level. It is worth adding that the survey was positive, because in addition to result writing this article proposes reflections on the way in which family, school and society can come up with some alternatives that promote awareness among students of the risks that the practice of the phenomenon can bring to the school environment and to the life of the student and his peers in society.

Este artigo promove uma reflexão acerca do fenômeno bullying na sala de aula numa perspectiva de prevenção e pacificação da violência escolar. Objetiva, pois, tratar sobre uma pesquisa bibliográfica acerca do papel do professor do Ensino Fundamental diante do bullying em sala de aula procurando estratégias que combatam a recorrência desse fenômeno nas escolas. Diante disso, busca abordar medidas de prevenção do bullying em sala de aula destacando o professor que tem um importante papel frente a esse fenômeno, pois o mesmo é quem lida diretamente com os riscos de agressões realizadas em sala de aula dos mais variados tipos. Percebe-se que este profissional da educação é um dos protagonistas fundamentais que pode utilizar-se da prevenção, no entanto, ele deve estar capacitado para saber lidar e contornar a situação até onde lhe compete. O professor de sala de aula, portanto, é um dos primeiros a ter atitudes de prevenção e possíveis soluções em conjunto com a escola, família e sociedade. Utilizando-se de uma exploração bibliográfica a pesquisa mergulhou nos trabalhos de pesquisadores (Pinto; Branco, 2001, Constantini, 2004, Ramos, 2016, Fante, 2005, Silva, 2002, dentre outros, diante da importância de desenvolver o tema e atingir o seu objetivo. Nesses termos, a referida pesquisa é de grande importância na área da educação, principalmente na atuação e no papel do professor como pacificador do fenômeno bullying no nível de Ensino Fundamental.
