Within the context we face today, it is something that deserves our part as educators a critical and reflective look, seeking ways to refer us to a pedagogical practice that has enthusiasm and dynamism. We are aware that steps need to be taken to reverse the discouraging repetitions frame from the learning disability marked with a persistence that passes for years. In this sense this study aims to reflect about some of the causes to which is assigned this reality and contribute referrals to direct the teaching action as a practice for the sake of learning that is pleasurable and liberating. How about learning to be something that takes the learner to understand the world of which it is part. In this perspective it is organized this work on topics which we intend to discuss critically and reflectively issues relevant to the high failure rate still is in our schools launching hands of studies, documents and bibliographies on the topic that will richly base the discussion on the proposed theme, expanding the knowledge we have about it and turning the point of view of where or how the problem arose, turning to look more consciously the importance of collective work in search of an educational reality with more quality, professionalism, respect, awareness and responsibility. A nossa realidade educacional vem passando por inúmeras transformações, de acordo com a realidade da qual fazemos parte. Dentro do contexto em que hoje nos deparamos, é algo que merece de nossa parte como educadores um olhar crítico e reflexivo, buscando caminhos que nos remeta a um fazer pedagógico que tenha entusiasmo e dinamismo. Temos consciência de que providencias precisam ser tomadas para minimizar o desmotivante quadro de repetências provenientes das dificuldades de aprendizagem acentuadas com uma persistência que perpassa por anos a fio. Nesse sentido este trabalho tem por objetivo, refletir a respeito de algumas causas a que é atribuída esta realidade, bem como contribuir com encaminhamentos que direcione a ação docente como uma prática em prol de um aprendizado que seja prazeroso e libertador. Que tal aprendizado seja algo que leve o aprendiz a compreender o mundo do qual faz parte. Nessa perspectiva se organiza este trabalho em tópicos os quais se pretende discutir de maneira crítica e reflexiva questões relevantes ao alto índice de reprovação que ainda há em nossas escolas lançando mãos de estudos, documentos e bibliografias referentes ao assunto que venha embasar ricamente a discussão em torno do tema proposto, ampliando o conhecimento que se tem a sobre ele e transformando o ponto de vista de onde ou como o problema surgiu, voltando o olhar de maneira mais consciente da importância de um trabalho coletivo em busca de uma realidade educacional com mais qualidade, profissionalismo, respeito, conscientização e responsabilidade. 2016-12-08T18:30:44Z 2021-10-05T14:21:31Z 2016-12-08T18:30:44Z 2021-10-05T14:21:31Z 2016 bachelorThesis 2012032557 LIMA, Maria da Conceição Rodrigues de.
