The educational intervention i salso parto f this work as a source of enrichment for my training. The survey of the level IV teachers of early childhood education in the Crèche Joanita Torres Arruda Câmara – New Cross/ RN. In order to investigate the relationship of the National Referential Curriculum for Early Childhood Education in its daily practice. In addition, the use of games as a source of interacion between children and teachers. Finally, explanations concerning the importance of play in children’s lives as a source of organization of mental structures and development process in the motor aspects, physical and social. Considering the insertion of the child principle playfulness using the various toys and games for constructive and harmonious practice. Key Words: Child Education; Play; Social interactions. O presente trabalho ressalta as minhas vivências pessoais, estudantil e profissional como fonte de enriquecimento para a minha formação de professora. Traz em seu contexto relatos de como aconteceu o Estágio Supervisionado II no tocante as observações, o planejamento pedagógico e intervenção pedagógica. Define-se como um estudo qualitativo à luz dos postulados do Referencial Curricular Nacional, ancorado em nos procedimentos técnicos: observações participantes, exercício docente e entrevistas, realizadas com professoras do nível IV da Educação Infantil na Creche Joanita Torres Arruda Câmara - Nova Cruz?RN. Objetiva investigar a relação entre brincadeiras, jogos, brinquedos e brincar como componentes pedagógicos que possibilitam mediações necessárias às interações sociais entre crianças/crianças e crianças/professoras na sua prática diária na Educação Infantil. A importância do brincar na vida da criança como fonte de organização de estruturas mentais, cognitivas e emocionais, bem como processo de desenvolvimento nos aspectos motor, físico e social das crianças.
