Therefore, the main objective to reflect on the process of observation and conducting the Supervised Internship II - Early Childhood Education, developed at the Pediatric Education (UEI) Amelia Ferreira de Souza. The specific objectives has been the need to examine the main aspects of the relationship between theory and practice, as well as presenting the pedagogical experiences in this training process. Among the research techniques that qualify academic work, this is used the bibliographical research in the context of a qualitative approach and uses the in situ observation technique. It shows the care and education in early childhood education as a practice of paramount importance in the teaching, learning and development of children. Underlines that apprehension and understanding of the world by children in relation to the next and from the truth of them occur through interactions, mediations, jokes and personal and collective experiences. Moreover, it revealed that the routine in child education is very important for children's development because through them children grow more focused, with a sense of space, time and organization. Este relatório parte do pressuposto de que o estágio é o momento de se relacionar teoria e prática como partes constituintes de um mesmo processo. Para tanto, tem como objetivo principal resumir sobre o processo de observação e regência no Estágio Supervisionado II – Educação Infantil, desenvolvido na Unidade de Educação Infantil (UEI) Amélia Ferreira de Souza. Como objetivos específicos tem-se a necessidade de examinar os principais aspectos da relação entre teoria e prática, bem como apresentar as vivências pedagógicas nesse processo formativo. Dentre as técnicas de pesquisas que qualificam o trabalho acadêmico, este se utiliza da pesquisa de caráter bibliográfico no contexto de uma abordagem qualitativa e utiliza a técnica de observação in loco. Apresenta o cuidar e o educar na Educação Infantil como prática de suma importância no processo de ensino, aprendizagem e no desenvolvimento da criança. Salienta que apreensão e a compreensão do mundo pelas crianças em relação ao próximo e ao distante da realidade delas se dar por meio de interações, mediações, brincadeiras e vivências pessoais e coletivas.
