Resumo:The work is to present reflections on the "teacher profile of early childhood education 4-5 years." It aims to draw a historical overview of education, addressing the importance of this work and the required profile for your practice. We used as methodology, literature review and reflective observation. The theme is divided into three parts: the first part, the text provides a brief account of the history of the institution of early childhood education mode, as well as the changes that occurred in this area over time, this topic will also be addressed the importance and the requirements that are necessary to the training of teachers in the current perspective of early childhood education. Further, inquire about the relevance of this professional as a facilitator of the process of acquiring knowledge, as well as its practice to children's development, which should combine playing methods, to give the student an effective and enjoyable learning. You can also reflect on the profile of this work and to what extent your posture can come to interfere with the child's learning; I finish working with impressions and considerations on the theme.
