Resumo: | This article is the result of an exploratory research with an emphasis on a case study, in which observations and interviews were used with the teacher and educational coordinator of a student with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in a 4th year classroom of the Elementary education, regular education, of the Father Edmund Kagerer State School. therefore the objective are check which are the pedagogical practices focused on the process of inclusion of a student with ASD and that the dcifficulties encountered by the teacher to apply them, given the possible pedagogical conditions for facing work for inclusion of people with this type of disorder in the process of teaching and learning. Before the investigation it became clear that the teacher had difficulty to include the student with ASD by lack of knowledge of their specific requirements and of practices to be used to include it in the classroom. It was noted that due the student, case study, have mild degree of ASD, pedagogical practice used in the classroom it did not seem to need change, once the learner felt included and enjoyed the activites like others students. However, the school observed, still need to understand the concept of educational inclusion and of ASD and its specificities for the promotion of inclusion in mainstream education. |
