It seeks to understand that the role of affectivity is essential for educational performance throughout the school process and therefore to delegate the participation of the family as the main form of care and affection, which will ensure the subject a balanced emotional life, an individual who is treated with affection can become a human being with the capacity to better face difficulties, such as relating socially. O presente trabalho traz como principal objetivo a reflexão sobre a importância da afetividade no processo de ensino aprendizagem, considerando o afeto na relação entre aluno-professor, um dos fatores indispensável a ser ampliado, pois é através das interações sociais que se constrói a aprendizagem, estimula o desenvolvimento do sujeito em construção, respeitando os sentimentos que são uns dos principais elementos que constituem o ser humano, considerado desde o seu nascimento um sujeito não só dependente de cuidados, mas também de afeto.
