Resumo:This article aims to analyze the importance of the practice of a playful held story-telling is in the construction process of teaching and learning in kindergarten. For with the application of this practice that children can develop oral language and writing capabilities in the course of their training, in addition to absorbing the habit of reading placed in the course of your daily life. The issue in question came through personal restlessness during the supervised II in Infant School Aldeniza Nunes de Carvalho, located in Antonio Martins-RN. Currently the Early Childhood Education is the agenda of studies by many researchers because it is under full development in our country, managing to promote various studies directed to the development of this educational area, and some scholars long talk and discuss how to ensure quality in the process teaching and learning. Especially the time of storytelling, this time it is being valued more each day due to the development that children have to the practice educational. The problem faced most often by teachers is about the casualness of some of his students, as well we can not put the problem being only the lack of concentration of children, but must also be seen as the teacher leads the children to the time for storytelling. Next was developed and conducted a bibliographic study which theoretically helped to understand why work on storytelling in early childhood education is important, then works were analyzed Barreto (2003), Mattos (2009), Villardi (1999), Lakatos and Marconi (2005), aries (1981), sole (1998) and Castro (2008) and RCNEI (1998), Haetinger (2008) Moyle (2002), Adams (1984), among others. And it was through these grants we can consider that in most cases an ethical issue, perhaps with the storytelling happens through professional child education, who know the importance of child development, but are not valued in the lesson plans daily. So said placements throughout this article are of fundamental importance to strengthen the matters directed the story-telling made a playful and enjoyable way for students, motivating them to develop a taste for reading and gain greater intellectual capacity.
