Resumo:This article has the essential goal to a discussion form of reflection about the "supervised training and the teacher training process" through which passes the graduate students, especially the pedagogy during the period in which they are enrolled in this degree . Highlighting the contributions implications, challenges and problems that pass these professionals. With the theoretical substantiation, Pepper (2008) (2004/2006), (2004), (2006), pepper and Lima (2004-2006), (2006), Targif (1996), Barbosa (2008), through collaboration Freire (1996), Piaget (1998), Vygotsky (1978) and Morin (1993), culminating in the ordinance (No. 09/2008 of 10 June UFRN). Also we brought some experiences during the supervised stage I, II and III. Thus, we believe that your reading will bring excellent knowledge of the stages and their relationships in the teaching of the teacher profession.
