description This present work has as an aim, analyzing the infrastructure way of integrating process markets, in Brazil, more exactly at state of Rio Grande do Norte, in the period between the years 2000 to 2015.Posteriorly,it was researched to observe the public service investiment about infrastructure ,especially origined from the Growing and Acelerating Program [Programa de Aceleração ao Crescimento (PAC)], between the years 2007 to 2015, as well the impacts caused by this investiments about the Rio Grande do Norte developing and investiment. Based in the literature used to justify the current work and, utilizing the inductive/deductive analytical method, it was concluded that the infrastructure is directly linked to developing of a certain society given the fact the same is related to the physical working capital whose, notoriously has low mobility, irreversible high constant heightened relation capital/product. The investments done were observed in the infrastructure segment want to eliminate or soften the transport costs in all genre. And also was observed that the infrastructure facilitate the goods outflow, the productivity improving and the cost decreasing, turning the territories attractive to the productive investiments. In the specific point, it was pursued to analyzing which ones the deficiency existent in the Rio Grande do Norte infrastructure that engenders retardation in its developing; growing as well, they can be resolved. It is concluded that there were investments on the logistic infrastructure sector in the state, however there was not a complete integration among the modals and nor changing at the local production chain, defaulting ,yet, its growing and development .

O presente trabalho teve como objetivo analisar o processo de integração dos mercados via infraestrutura, no Brasil e especificadamente no Rio Grande do Norte, no período compreendido entre o ano de 2000 a 2015. Posteriormente, buscou-se analisar os investimentos do setor público em infraestrutura, sobretudo os provenientes do Programa de Aceleração ao Crescimento (PAC), entre os anos de 2007 a 2015, bem como os impactos causados através desse investimento sobre o crescimento e o desenvolvimento do Rio Grande do Norte. Com base na literatura utilizada para fundamentar o corrente trabalho e, utilizando-se o método analítico dedutivo/indutivo, chegou-se à conclusão de que a infraestrutura está ligada diretamente ao desenvolvimento de uma dada sociedade dado o fato de que a mesma está relacionada ao estoque de capital físico que, notadamente, tem baixa mobilidade, altos custos irreversíveis e elevada relação de capital produto. Observou-se que os investimentos feitos no setor de infraestrutura visam eliminar ou amenizar os custos dos transportes de todo o gênero. Observou-se também que a infraestrutura facilita o escoamento das mercadorias, o aumento da produtividade e a diminuição dos custos, tornando os territórios atraentes aos investimentos produtivos. Do ponto de vista específico, buscou-se analisar quais as deficiências existentes na infraestrutura no estado do Rio Grande do Norte que gera atraso para o seu crescimento e desenvolvimento e como elas podem ser resolvidas.
