Resumo: | This present work has as an aim, analyzing the infrastructure way of integrating process markets, in Brazil, more exactly at state of Rio Grande do Norte, in the period between the years 2000 to 2015.Posteriorly,it was researched to observe the public service investiment about infrastructure ,especially origined from the Growing and Acelerating Program [Programa de Aceleração ao Crescimento (PAC)], between the years 2007 to 2015, as well the impacts caused by this investiments about the Rio Grande do Norte developing and investiment. Based in the literature used to justify the current work and, utilizing the inductive/deductive analytical method, it was concluded that the infrastructure is directly linked to developing of a certain society given the fact the same is related to the physical working capital whose, notoriously has low mobility, irreversible high constant heightened relation capital/product. The investments done were observed in the infrastructure segment want to eliminate or soften the transport costs in all genre. And also was observed that the infrastructure facilitate the goods outflow, the productivity improving and the cost decreasing, turning the territories attractive to the productive investiments. In the specific point, it was pursued to analyzing which ones the deficiency existent in the Rio Grande do Norte infrastructure that engenders retardation in its developing; growing as well, they can be resolved. It is concluded that there were investments on the logistic infrastructure sector in the state, however there was not a complete integration among the modals and nor changing at the local production chain, defaulting ,yet, its growing and development . |
