| Resumo: | The present paper deals with aspects of civil construction and the real estate cycle, considering theoretical aspects and analyzing the municipalities of Natal and Mossoro.It is possible to see a succinct description of what would be a real estate cycle, demonstrating aspects of the four phases of the cycle:Boom,deceleration, recession and recovery. In exploring the theme, civil construction stands out as an intensive activity of labor, besidesemphasizing the importance of variables such as income. Before a succinct analysis of the flowchart of the construction chain, it is noticeable that each subsector has a chain of its own, however the principle of all process is triggered form the sector of building materials. A specific evaluation was made in Natal and Mossoro, considering the period 2006 to 2015, covering the data according to the composition of the construction civil sector, the quantity and peculiarity of the employment relationships in these cities. |
