A competitividade é vital para o crescimento de qualquer relação de trabalho e inovação tecnológica. A globalização tornou cada vez mais acirrada competitiva essa disputa de mercado, ficando mais evidente a busca de inovação tecnológica pois para se obter certo grau de competição é preciso investimentos e qualificação da mão-de-obra. Este projeto acadêmico tem como objetivo através de uma pesquisa e de coleta de dados identifica os principais motivos da transformação de um segmento, e as causas e consequências que acontecem através das relações entre a força de trabalho, trabalhador, empregador e a inovação tecnológica no setor gráfico em Natal, mostrando quais são as suas dificuldades e em absolver tais mudanças no setor, e na ordem de investimento, qualificação da mão-de-obra e força produtiva em larga escala através da inovação tecnológica implantada no setor gráfico em Natal no Rio Grande do Norte, sendo que tal transformação tem como objetivo principal tornar o segmento mais competitivo ampliando a sua capacidade produtiva, sendo adotada a produção em larga escala como prioridades para poder maximizar lucros,e ser mais competitivo no mercado.
