Resumo:The present work deals with the evaluation of the effectiveness of the bachelor's degree in Public Policy Management (GPP) of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte, based on the perception of teachers, students and graduates, ten years after the implementation of the course. The research is justified by the importance of knowing how the course is evaluated as to the fulfillment of the objectives established in the new pedagogical project recently implemented to adapt to the National Curricular Guidelines and it’s insertion in the Public Field. In order to do so, we sought to know the origin and the history of the graduation in GPP and the evaluation under the perception of the teachers, students and alumni, their convergences and divergences on the effectiveness of the implementation of the course. The empirical research was carried out by the mixed method (qualitative and quantitative) and the result was that the course was implemented through the Federal University Restructuring and Expansion Support Program (REUNI); the actors surveyed evaluate how effective the course proposal is; among respondents there are convergences in most points, but there are differences between them in some of the objectives evaluated. Finally, in view of the study carried out and the answers obtained, it is concluded that despite a positive evaluation, the research identified ponctual inefficiencies that need to be corrected.
