Resumo:The objective of this case study is to analyze the applicability and efficiency of the CIOSP RH management tool on the Integrated Center for Public Safety Operations – CIOSP, focusing on the administrative sector. To the construction of methodological analysis, five execution steps were set: in the first stage, a referential theoretical research about the analyzed tool was performed; In the second stage, aimed at collecting information, interviews were conducted with the public workers responsible for the applicability of the tool. In the interviews, it was possible to evaluate the tool, the level of satisfaction about the benefits offered, the level of knowledge about the use, the possibilities available, the level of applicability, the existence of other tools that perform the same function, the suggestions and criticisms of improvements; in the third stage, data analysis was performed; In the fourth stage, the results were synthesized; Finally, in the fifth stage, the tool was disseminated in the activities of the government entity. Through the data obtained, it was possible to analyze the CIOSP RH tool and answer: how it has helped to improve the actions of the entities; evaluate the importance of the arrival of this new technology; understand the aspects that have been modified and identify possible problems that may affect the performance of the tool. At the end of this study we found the weaknesses, opportunities, strengths and threats of the management tool.
