Resumo:The purpose of this Bachelor dissertation is to analyze the feasibility of the implementation of a street food business specialized in organic pasta in the city of Natal, Brazil. To this end, a business plan will be prepared for a company called “Massa Sem Culpa”. The structure of the plan will be based on the Business Plan 3.0 tool provided by SEBRAE Minas Gerais, and it will be organized in the following way: executive summary, market analysis, marketing plan and operational plan. In the pre-plan stage, a business model will be presented, based on the Business Model Generations Canvas. Subsequently, a SWOT analysis will take place in order to identify the strengths, opportunities, weaknesses and threats related to the business idea. It was found that the business plan demonstrated financial viability, with a payback period of 1 year and 1 month, and the overall objective of the dissertation was achieved, confirming the feasibility of launching a pasta street food business using organic ingredients in the city of Natal/RN, Brazil.
