From the simulations performed in the studies of Cavalcante (2014), for a 15-year project, it was possible to obtain the annual data of oil production, water production, steam injection, solvent injection of several projects in which some alterations were made. operating parameters. These data were used to calculate Net Present Value (NPV). With the results found, it was concluded that the best technical results did not necessarily obtain higher economic returns, since the impact of steam and solvent costs impacted more than the improvement in oil recovery results. After analyzing these results, the 4 best NPV results were selected to continue analyzing the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and Payback. The IRR value in the 4 projects studied was higher than the minimum attractiveness rate, meaning that the projects could be economically adopted. For the cases analyzed, the payback always returned in the first years of the project, reaching a maximum of about two and a half years. The oil recovery project through the injection of steam and solvent with injection flow of 50 m³ / day with 5% injected solvent presented the best results, and is the project indicated for application by this research. The maximum NPV of this project exceeds $ 7.3 million in 10 years of the project, the IRR was 87.92% and the payback is achieved in about a year and a half.

O presente trabalho tem como objetivo avaliar a viabilidade econômica da injeção de vapor e solvente em reservatórios, que apresenta características de óleo pesado, como método de recuperação de petróleo. A pesquisa se classifica em quantitativa quanto a sua abordagem e seus objetivos; quanto aos procedimentos, caracteriza-se como estudo de caso, através dos resultados de simulação numérica de reservatório, bibliográfico e documental. A partir das simulações realizadas nos estudos de Cavalcante (2014), para um projeto de 15 anos, foi possível obter os dados anual da produção de óleo, produção de água, injeção de vapor, injeção de solvente de diversos projetos em que eram alterados alguns parâmetros operacionais. Esses dados foram utilizados para realizar o cálculo do Valor Presente Líquido (VPL). Com os resultados encontrados, conseguiu-se concluir que os melhores resultados técnicos não obtinham necessariamente maiores retornos econômicos, uma vez que o impacto dos custos com o vapor e solvente impactavam mais do que a melhora nos resultados da recuperação do óleo. Após análise desses resultados, foram selecionados os 4 melhores resultados do VPL para continuar fazendo a análise da Taxa Interna de Retorno (TIR) e do Payback. O valor da TIR, nos 4 projetos estudados, foi superior à taxa mínima de atratividade, significando, assim, que os projetos podiam ser adotados economicamente. Para os casos analisados, o payback sempre teve retorno nos primeiros anos de projeto, chegando no máximo até cerca de dois anos e meio. O projeto de recuperação de petróleo através da injeção de vapor e solvente com vazão de injeção de 50 m³/dia com 5% de solvente injetado foi o que apresentou melhores resultados, e é o projeto indicado para aplicação por esta pesquisa.
