| Resumo: | The objective of this study is to evaluate the public expenditures from 2013 to 2016, in the municipality of Lagoa Nova-RN, with regard to the application of the exemption or unenforceability in accordance with Law 8,666 / 93. Through the tests that will be done during the discussion of this work, based on all the legislation related to this subject, it will be possible in its conclusion to quantify how much of the budget plan was adequately carried out with regard to the adherence of the dispensation, and if there was evolution or regression of the exercises from 2013 to 2016. With the results obtained based on the tests applied in the discourse of this work, we can evaluate the various forms of dispensing application and as regards the municipality under study, about its practice on this subject, presents a high level of adhesion, making its execution acceptable according to the legal dispositions. |
