Resumo:The Federal Law 13.303/16, better known as the State-owned enterprise Law, when it came into force, brought with it a series of innovations aimed at public enterprises and mixed-economy societies and subsidiaries. Among them, the one that matters most concerns to the institution of the semi-integrated contracting regime, which the winner enterprise is responsible for the elaboration of the executive project, and, of course, the execution of the engineering works and services. Therefore, the following work is about a case study of implementation of the sanitary sewage system of Parnamirim/RN, which concession is of a mixed-economy company. It is worth mentioning that, although it is a global price contracting, under the terms of Law 8.666/93, the methodology used is perfectly adequate for semi-integrated contractings provided in the recent State-owned enterprise Law. In view of this, the methodology responsible for guiding the execution of the aforementioned case study and assisting in the measurement of its goals and stages will be presented, guaranteeing, thus, the effective management and physical-financial control of the work. Titled as eventogram, the method basically consists on dividing the object of study into events, which were properly priced through index studies, and initially designated as executive goals. In addition, this work brings a dictionary of events and appropriated templates of measurement spreadsheet and physical-financial schedule which contribute to a transparent, organized and effective execution. The eventogram, therefore, is essential in the areas of planning and inspection, because it improved the management of the case studied here - besides, it extends to any engineering object contracted - and provided practicality and agility in the processes.
