| Resumo: | This project evaluate occupational health and safety conditions in a food industry that produces vinegars, seasonings and sauces, as well as to monitor construction site for safety verification. Through inspections, document analysis and interviews with employees, the risks for occupational health and safety analysis were examined. Two checklists were used, one for the food industry based on Regulatory Standards (NRs), and the other for construction site focused only on NR-18. The industry needs to review Specialized Services in Safety Engineering and Occupational Medicine (SESMT), monitoring of the Occupational Health and Medical Control Program (PCMSO), monitoring of the Internal Accident Prevention Commission (CIPA), monitoring of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), implementation of the Environmental Risk Prevention Program (PPRA), implementation of signs safety of machinery work, adoption of ergonomic measures, implementation of the Fire Safety Project, review of safety in electrical installations and services, regulation of boilers and pressure vessels and implementation of work height regulations. In addition, from monitoring of construction works, it was realized that construction site meets most of the standards required by NR-18. |
