Resumo:The high speed construction of buildings in Structural Masonry is a reality. In many of these constructions, the use of transition structures in reinforced concrete has enabled the use of pilotis for the common benefit, either with parking spaces or spaces of coexistence. In this context, these structures are requested early with high loads without having acquired the necessary rigidity and usually adopted in the structural design. The main objective of this study is to evaluate the effects caused by the construction stages on the interaction between structural masonry panels and support structure in reinforced concrete. The models used consisted in the discretization of the walls and the transition beam using a recent model with finite elements of bar developed by Nascimento Neto et al. (2014), called the equivalent gantry model. For the analysis, a typical typology of structural masonry building with 21 type pavements on transition structure in reinforced concrete was adopted, according to the Brazilian construction practice, from which different types of panels were chosen on beams with one and two spans. To consider the constructive effect, the mechanical properties of the concrete had their values modified to take into account the variation according to age. The tensions at the base of the wall at the wall-beam interface presented significant differences in relation to the analysis without constructive stages. In the support beam, the stresses also exhibited such behavior, except for the shear force. Analysis by constructive stages also showed considerable changes in the deformed structure. This effect was not verified in the support reactions that were little influenced. Therefore, the Analysis by constructive stages deserves attention in the practice of the projects of buildings in structural masonry on transition structure in reinforced.
