| Resumo: | The main objective of this work is the development of a technical manual that helps building administrators and engineers responsible for the maintenance of fire fighting systems. In addition to analyzing the most frequently incorrect points in inspections for renewal of the Fire Department Inspection Certificate (AVCB) and the most critical points of interpretation of technical standards and technical instructions to present in a concise and clear way in the manual. To achieve these objectives, a form was applied to the inspectors of the Military Fire Brigade of Rio Grande do Norte (CBMRN) and an analysis was made of the standards and technical instructions that govern the maintenance of fire fighting facilities. With the application of the form, some more recurring points of inadequacies were noticed, which were the main points in the produced manual. In the end, the manual will work as a simple and concise material that gathers information from various technical documents that govern the maintenance of these systems. |
