description In the Production Planning and Control (PPC) models based on the Last Planner system there are several indicators that supply the effectiveness of the technique according to the levels of planning (long, medium and short term), but treated in isolated ways. Typically, because these levels are organized from the managerial classes of organizations, there is a lack of vertical integration of planning, especially between medium and short-term plans. Thus, this study aims to broaden the discussion initiated in previous works by proposing a methodology to evaluate this adherence through the use of performance indicators. The work included the analysis of the PPC model and the medium and short-term plans of a construction site located in Natal/RN, classification of activities, calculation of a set of proposed indicators: Terminality Indicator, Short-term Adherence Indicator , Medium-term Adherence Indicator and the Global Adherence Indicator, besides the Percentage of Critical Path indicator proposed by Rosa (2016), resulting in a variety of forms of lack of adherence between the plans, which can promote losses to the time and costs of the construction, and also the formulation of guidelines for the implementation of these indicators and a proposal of application in the company studied. The main contribution of the research is the improvement of the adherence indicators, in order to reflect the information in a more complete and comprehensive way.

Nos modelos de Planejamento e Controle da Produção (PCP) baseados no sistema Last Planner existem diversos indicadores que apontam a eficácia da técnica conforme os níveis de planejamento (longo, médio e curto prazo), porém, tratados de maneiras isoladas. Tipicamente, em função destes níveis se organizarem a partir das classes gerenciais das organizações, se observa uma falta de integração vertical do planejamento, sobretudo, entre os planos de médio e curto prazo. Dessa forma, este estudo tem o propósito de ampliar a discussão iniciada em trabalhos anteriores propondo uma metodologia de avaliação dessa aderência através do uso de indicadores de desempenho. O trabalho compreendeu a análise do modelo de PCP e dos planos de médio e curto prazo de um empreendimento vertical localizado em Natal/RN, classificação das atividades, o cálculo de um conjunto de indicadores propostos: Indicador de Terminalidade (IT), Indicador de Aderência do Curto Prazo (IACP), Indicador de Aderência do Médio Prazo (%IAMP) e o Indicador de Aderência Global (IA), além do indicador do Caminho Crítico Planejado (CCP) proposto por Rosa (2016), tendo como resultado variadas formas de falta de aderência entre os planos, que podem promover prejuízos aos prazos e custos do empreendimento, e ainda, a formulação de diretrizes de implementação destes indicadores e uma proposta de aplicação na própria empresa estudada.
