Streszczenie: | Based on questions about the circulation of the young girls living in the rural settlement Vale
do Lírio in the county of São José do Mipibu / RN, with the urban areas surrounding the
community, we sought to investigate the ways in which female youth establishes constant
flows and displacements between the rural and the urban, building daily possible alternatives
of resistance and production of means that effect the life projects. From an ethnographic
methodology, there were observed the interlocutions of young residents of the settlement with
urban spaces; highlighting the sociability networks built and situating the distinctions of
gender in the tangent to contact with the city environment. It demonstrates, therefore, how
young women circulate and construct strategies to achieve their life projects, Strategies to
achieve their life projects, still dealing with conflicts and power relations that inform required
positions within the local community. The construction of identities and their collective
representations has been problematic, concomitantly with the stabilization of the rural-urban
context, besides presenting the possibility of a daily analysis of the rural youth. The
articulation with social movements and religious segments are possible instruments of contact
with the different urbanities, as well as pouring into a global flow of information and contact
with new realities, as well as pouring into a global flow of information and contact with new
realities, fundamental for the subjective formation of the subjects, especially, the feminine
youth immersed in the daily struggle to insert into local rural activities and to produce plans
for life. |
