This is a positive action that is important for the preservation of the environment and for reducing the volume of work doing a very important job collecting and separating the material. This work analyzes the analytical process of recycling the different types, explaining the stages of separation, classification and reprocessing of polymer residues, analyzing the steps of locating the recycled polymers. The materials were injected in several machines between extruders and injectors, for which we performed fluidity and traction analysis. They were divided into 3 groups with variable variation, the material was more time consuming, the less dense and the smaller the Young's modulus because of its greater energy absorption capacity. Material 02 and 03 became less flexible than 01, but with a larger Young modulus, it can be explained by the material having more or no mobility for the molecules to absorb energy. The material 03 showed to have larger modulus of Young indicating that the majority of the particles are more dense than 02. Reciclagem consiste na transformação de materiais usados em produtos usuais, que poderão ser reinseridos na cadeia de consumo sem a necessidade de extrair mais recursos naturais. Trata-se de uma ação positiva que contribui significativamente para a preservação do meio ambiente e para a redução do resíduo gerado assim como é importante para a sociedade, uma vez que gera empregos em cooperativas e contribui para a renda de diversos catadores de recicláveis, que fazem um trabalho muito importante recolhendo e separando o material. O objetivo deste trabalho foi analisar o processo de reciclagem de matérias primas diferentes, explanando as etapas de separação, classificação e reprocessamento de resíduos poliméricos, analisando a influência desses processos nas propriedades dos polímeros reciclados. Os materiais foram trabalhados em várias máquinas entre eles a extrusora e a injetora, para então fazermos o ensaio de fluidez e de tração. Foram divididos em 3 grupos com composição variada, material 01 foi considerado o mais tenaz, o menos denso e o com menor módulo de Young por apresentar uma maior absorção de energia o que o tona mais flexível. O material 02 e 03 se mostraram menos flexíveis que o 01, mas com um maior módulo de Young, isso pode ser explicado pelo material ter pouca ou nenhuma mobilidade para as moléculas absorverem energia.
