Resumo:The study of stars magnetism has gained preeminence in later years in theresearch of stellar structure and evolution. The magnetic field and the chromosphericactivity are relevant points of study in this field. The central point in this work isto understand the behavior of these parameters in subgiant stars and how they arerelated in our sample. To determine the magnetic field for our sample we apply theLeast Square Deconvolution technique, with this we generate Stokes I and V param-eter profiles, and we derived the longitudinal magnetic field. We also analyzed thestellar spectrum, more precisely Ca II H and K lines to compute the S-index (chro-mospheric activity). In our investigation, we also worked with other star groups, such as T Tauris, which is a group of stars with a high magnetic field and S-indexmeasurements. As a result, we segregated and studied separately these stars. Forour subgiant subsample, we concluded that there is a direct growth relationshipbetween the S index and the magnetic field.
