Resumo:The Engineering of Oil Well is a science relatively new compared to others engineering, however your evolution occurred in an intense way, this evolution was reflected in the improvement of equipment. The present work will show a little of this evolution and the main equipment used in well operations, this research was made through information collected in scientific papers, monographs, books and master's degree dissertations and doctoral thesis, also will approach about development of strategies for activities in the Oil Well Engineering Laboratory of the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN), where will be accommodated equipment of this engineering. For this, spreadsheets were developed in Excel that help in the registration and creation of identification codes for these equipments. Was suggested a procedure to the handling of the equipments as well as the permanence of people in the laboratory in a safe way always. Still thinking about safety an also the best use of physical space, it was suggested a layout of how the equipments will be arranged in the laboratory. It was observed that the equipments present in the laboratory needed a minimum of maintenance, so the UFRN Infrastructure Superintendence was requested to revitalize these equipments. The procedure to accomplish this request is shown in this paper. In addition, QR Code examples have been created that hold information about each equipment, which can make interaction with visitors more interesting.
