Resumo:Most of Brazil's on-shore oil production is carried out in mature fields. As regards production, an application of recovery thermometers should be obtained which promotes a reduction in the viscosity of the oil. Injection of steam is one of the most used thermal media and, therefore, it is necessary to study the steam generation process. It has studied the situations in which a heliothermic energy is applied, employing linear Fresnel reflector with different configurations, seeking a quantitative and consequently financial economy of the fuel consumed by the aquatubular boiler. Analyzes were performed in six different systems, each system presenting a distinct temperature gradient. The inlet temperature in the boiler ranged from 40 ° C to 90 ° C, while the outlet temperature was maintained of 288 °C. The financial studies were based on the fuel consumption data of the boiler of each one of the situations, in the costs related to the acquisition of the solar plant, as well as in the costs of its maintenance. When analyzing the results of each case, it was possible to perceive that, regardless of the size of the solar plant and the costs it generates, the economic results showed an excellent profitability for this project.
