Resumo:This study addresses the pedagogical interventions carried out by the Institutional Program of Physical Education Initiation (PIBID) of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte, through the opinion of the high school students of the State School Berilo Wanderley, located in Natal / RN , Regarding the practice developed in the school, within the framework of the Pibid / Physical Education. We believe in contributing, in this way, to improve the practice and the development of new forms of professional activity. The study included 45 students from the 1st year C of the high school, who answered the semi-structured interview containing six open questions, which were then submitted to the Analysis. The results evidenced, according to the students, the changes that occurred after the entry of PIBID into the school, where several moments of interaction between teacher and student were provided, justifying the acceptance of the implemented practices, in order to respect the teacher-student relationship. It is also important to emphasize the importance of the teacher's qualification in bringing current issues and content of relevance based on a professional activity willing to consider preponderant factors for the development of teaching and involvement. The Results highlighted the importance of Programs of this type and is always investigating the opinion of the students in order to be developing a practice that really contributes to the formation of the student in its development process. We concluded that the PIBID / Physical Education brought innovative methodologies for the classes of the discipline and sought to make the students aware of their importance in the curriculum. It is clear, however, that many challenges still need to be overcome in order to transform this scenario into our country's scenario, since, in order to make changes in this direction, it is necessary to invest more and research in order to promote the growth of this area. So important for the development of the country.
