Resumo:The present study sought to present what are the physical conditions and material for physical education classes in schools in the municipal Natal and try to make a list of the interference of the lack of this structure to the enhancement of discipline and also to physical and cognitive training the students, but also that the presence of this structure cooperates with the development of the classes help teachers perform their lessons and also on student learning leading to the development of these benefits. The guiding issue of this research was the following: "Physical Education Area Teachers need a whole structure that conditions their classes, so what structure they have to carry out physical education classes?". The research is descriptive with a qualitative approach quantitatively, was held in the municipal schools in the city of Natal, in the four areas of the city, with all 36 teachers of elementary school. The field work lasted two months, was carried out in which a structured questionnaire with eleven closed questions, after that there was the analysis, interpretation and discussion of all the data and presentation in tables. It was observed in the results that there is a lack of structure from the can municipal and this causes a deficit in materials and physical structure available for classes of physical education, hindering the application of planning school teachers and some opportunities impairing learning by the students. Nevertheless one can see a great commitment from teachers, because even facing many difficulties they do not become discouraged, and try to develop their classes using creativity both in the local school as well as with alternative materials. Finally we realized that how important the physical space and educational teaching resources in the lessons of Physical Education, noting that the lack of them interfere significantly in the pedagogical work making the results are not as expected.
