The present study sought to investigate the conceptions of teachers licensed in Physical
Education of basic education in the city of Natal / RN, about their performance with
Emergency Remote Education (ERE) during the COVID-19 pandemic. The objective was to
verify the tools and platforms used for the development of their classes, to identify the
challenges that arose during this period, to identify whether these teachers received any
subsidy to develop their activities and to know what the experience of working with ERE was
like. To this end, a questionnaire was prepared on Google's online search management
platform, Google Forms, and made available to Physical Education teachers. The
questionnaire was available for completion in the period from March 03 to 28 2021, and
received 34 responses. Based on the results, relevant discussions were raised on the issues
raised about the process of educational changes in the pandemic scenario. It was found that
the main tools used by teachers were: WhatsApp; Google Meet; and Google Classroom,
among others. The main challenges encountered were: student adherence to remote classes;
adaptation to the new teaching format; and lack of access to the internet by students, among
others. Regarding subsidies, teachers mentioned having received training. Regarding what it
was like to work with ERE, the professors said it was challenging, tiring and stressful, among
others. From the analysis of the data, it was concluded that the Physical Education teachers
had difficulty carrying out the remote classes and were challenged to adapt to this teaching
format. |

O presente estudo buscou investigar as concepções dos professores licenciados em Educação Física da educação básica do município de Natal/RN, sobre sua atuação com o Ensino Remoto Emergencial (ERE) durante a pandemia de COVID-19. Objetivou-se verificar as ferramentas e plataformas utilizadas para o desenvolvimento das suas aulas, identificar os desafios que surgiram neste período, identificar se esses professores receberam algum subsídio para desenvolver suas atividades e saber como foi a experiência de trabalhar com ERE. Para tal, foi elaborado um questionário na plataforma online de gerenciamento de pesquisas do Google, Google Forms, e disponibilizado aos professores de Educação Física. O questionário ficou disponível para preenchimento no período de 10 a 28 de março de 2021 e recebeu 34 respostas. A partir dos resultados foram tecidas discussões pertinentes às questões levantadas sobre o processo de mudanças educacionais no cenário de pandemia. Constatou-se que as principais ferramentas utilizadas pelos docentes foram: WhatsApp; Google Meet; e Google Classroom, dentre outras. Os principais desafios encontrados foram: adesão dos alunos às aulas remotas; adaptação ao novo formato de ensino; e falta de acesso à internet por parte dos alunos, dentre outras. No tocante aos subsídios, os professores citaram ter recebido capacitação. No que diz respeito a como foi trabalhar com o ERE, os docentes disseram ter sido desafiador, cansativo e estressante, entre outros.
