Resumo:INTRODUCTION: With the popularization of softwares designed to cephalometrics analyzes, this study aimed to avaliate the concordance of two analyzes obtained from the software Radiocef Studio 2® e Dolphin Imaging 11.7®. METHOD: 30 lateral cephalometric radiographs were analyzed by each program through 11 cephalometrical points and obtainment of 10 cephalometric meansurements. Then, the measures were statistcaly correlated by the Intraclass Correlation Coefficient (ICC). RESULTS: The meansurements SNB e Pog-NB shown strong concordance between the softwares, the meansurements SNA, ANB, 1-NA, 1-NB, 1.NB, 1.1 and Go-Gn. SN obtained moderate concordance and in the other hand, the meansurements 1.NA shown weak concordance between the softwares. CONCLUSION: These results denote the uniformity between the softwares and that they can be used interchangeably in the pratical clinic.
