For this, the following descriptors were used: (Emergency Medical Services) AND (Nursing) AND (Urgencies). Results: 17 articles were selected in the categories performance and knowledge of nurses about mobile prehospital care. Conclusions: Nurses need specific training to work in this area, as well as constant updating. Care actions are diversified and can be divided into direct actions and managerial actions. Objetivo: Identificar a atuação e o conhecimento do enfermeiro sobre o atendimento pré-hospitalar a partir das pesquisas realizadas no contexto brasileiro. Metodologia: Este estudo trata-se de uma revisão integrativa da literatura. As pesquisas ocorreram durante os meses de outubro e novembro de 2019 no Portal Regional da Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVS) onde foram selecionadas as bases de dados Scientific Electronic Library Online (SCIELO) e Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online (MEDLINE); e no Sistema Latino-Americano e do Caribe de Informação em Ciências da Saúde (LILACS). Para isso, foram utilizados os seguintes descritores: (Serviços Médicos de Emergência) AND (Enfermagem) AND (Urgências). Resultados: foram selecionados 17 artigos nas categorias atuação e conhecimento do enfermeiro sobre atendimento pré-hospitalar móvel. Conclusões: Os enfermeiros precisam de formação específica para atuar nessa área, além de atualização constante.
