The search took place between September and October 2019. Thirteen studies answered the selection criteria, organized into two thematic categories: "Relevance of puerperal home visit" and "Multi-professional care focused on the postpartum during home visit". It was found that the postpartum home visit was relevant to the qualification of obstetric care, however, there was no planning of this service by the Family Health Strategy team. Among the activities developed were the promotion of breastfeeding, family planning and iron supplementation. The most cited professionals were nurses, Community Health Agents and midwives responsible for providing postpartum care. It is concluded that home visiting contributes to the improvement of care and enables professionals to take a new look at women's health during maternity. RESUMO: O estudo tem como objetivo identificar o que as produções científicas abordam sobre a assistência prestada à puérpera durante visita domiciliar. Trata-se de uma Revisão Integrativa de Literatura, com abordagem qualitativa. As bases de dados utilizadas foram a Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde, SCIELO, SCOPUS e PUBMED. A busca ocorreu entre os meses de setembro a outubro de 2019. Responderam aos critérios de seleção 13 estudos, organizados em duas categorias temáticas: “Relevância da visita domiciliar puerperal” e “Assistência multiprofissional voltada para a puérpera durante visita domiciliar”. Pôde-se constatar que a visita domiciliar pós-parto mostrou-se relevante para qualificação da assistência obstétrica, entretanto, verificou-se a inexistência de planejamento desse serviço pela equipe da Estratégia de Saúde da Família. Dentre as atividades desenvolvidas, destacaram-se a promoção do aleitamento materno, planejamento familiar e suplementação férrica. Os profissionais mais citados foram os enfermeiros, Agentes Comunitários de Saúde e as parteiras responsáveis por prestar os cuidados pós-parto.
