Resumo:ABSTRACT: The study aims to identify what the scientific productions address about the care provided to the postpartum during home visit. It is an Integrative Literature Review, with a qualitative approach. The databases used were the Virtual Health Library, SCIELO, SCOPUS and PUBMED. The search took place between September and October 2019. Thirteen studies answered the selection criteria, organized into two thematic categories: "Relevance of puerperal home visit" and "Multi-professional care focused on the postpartum during home visit". It was found that the postpartum home visit was relevant to the qualification of obstetric care, however, there was no planning of this service by the Family Health Strategy team. Among the activities developed were the promotion of breastfeeding, family planning and iron supplementation. The most cited professionals were nurses, Community Health Agents and midwives responsible for providing postpartum care. It is concluded that home visiting contributes to the improvement of care and enables professionals to take a new look at women's health during maternity.
