| Resumo: | Introductions For the development of a new health measurement instrument, several resources are available, as well as the mobilization of information in several areas. It is recommended that the researcher be aware of existing questionnaires, as many can serve as intended or equal purposes, thus, a literature review is also essential for the development of an appropriate and updated instrument. Objective: To construct an instrument for assessing nurses' knowledge about translational and relactation techniques. Method: This is a methodological study, which records its subsidies through an integrative literature review. The present work consists of the first validation phase of the instrument, which refers to its construction. Development: A literature search was carried out in September and October 2019 in the databases: Virtual Health Library and in the CAFÉ domain and Google. Crosses were performed with the terms: “breastfeeding”, “nursing”, “validation studies”, “translactation” and “relactation”; with the boolean “e” relating them, always two terms to each other. This was followed by the elaboration of the instrument based on the results of this search. The Authorized Instrument has 15 questions that must be marked by the trader as true, false or I don't know. From it, he intends to calculate the hit ratio and arrive at the result that he has or does not know about translation and reporting. Final considerations: It is believed that the instrument created will be of great value for the improvement of nursing care. |
