Identify the most prevalent obstetric obstetric complaints in health care in this target public. To point out difficulties in the treatment of CR in pregnant women by the researchers in the therapeutic process. Highlight synthetic characteristics of the studies, expressed in the objectives, methodologies, results and conclusions. Methodology: It is one exploratory bibliographic revision of integrative revision about the thematic of obstetric profile of attended women on risk classification on child motherhood services. We used as sources scientific articles based on Scielo, Lilacs and Bireme. Result: Among the relevant articles, they describe the obstetric profile of attended women on risk classification, like the gestational period, the reason for what they looked for care services, the main complaints and the classification colours of risk received after evaluation. Conclusion: It was possible to conclude that the hosting protocol with obstetric risk classification is an useful instrument and important for that target audience, it contributes for one better assistance and it organizes the child and motherhood services attendance. RESUMO: Introdução: O presente estudo trata-se de identificar o perfil obstétrico de mulheres atendidas na classificação de risco nos serviços materno-infantis. Objetivo: Identificar o perfil obstétrico de mulheres atendidas na classificação de risco em serviços materno-infantis. Identificar as queixas obstétricas mais prevalentes na atenção à saúde neste público-alvo. Apontar dificuldades no tratamento da RC em gestantes pelos pesquisadores no processo terapêutico. Destacar as características sintéticas dos estudos, expressas nos objetivos, metodologias, resultados e conclusões. Método: Trata-se de uma revisão bibliográfica exploratória, do tipo revisão integrativa que busca identificar o perfil obstétrico de mulheres atendidas na classificação de risco nos serviços materno-infantis. Utilizou como fontes artigos científicos disponíveis nas bases de dados da Scielo, Lilacs e Bireme. Resultados: os dados levantados descreveram o perfil obstétrico das mulheres atendidas na classificação de risco, como o período gestacional, o motivo da procura pelo o serviço de saúde, as queixas principais e a classificação de risco recebida após a avaliação.
