Resumo:ABSTRACT: Introduction: The present study aims to identify the obstetric profile of women assisted in the classification of risk in maternal and child services. Objective: To identify the obstetric profile of women assisted in the classification of risk in maternal and child services. Identify the most prevalent obstetric obstetric complaints in health care in this target public. To point out difficulties in the treatment of CR in pregnant women by the researchers in the therapeutic process. Highlight synthetic characteristics of the studies, expressed in the objectives, methodologies, results and conclusions. Methodology: It is one exploratory bibliographic revision of integrative revision about the thematic of obstetric profile of attended women on risk classification on child motherhood services. We used as sources scientific articles based on Scielo, Lilacs and Bireme. Result: Among the relevant articles, they describe the obstetric profile of attended women on risk classification, like the gestational period, the reason for what they looked for care services, the main complaints and the classification colours of risk received after evaluation. Conclusion: It was possible to conclude that the hosting protocol with obstetric risk classification is an useful instrument and important for that target audience, it contributes for one better assistance and it organizes the child and motherhood services attendance.
