| Resumo: | This study aimed to apprehend the nursing staff of the dialogue in the care of hospitalized
children from the perspective of otherness process. It is an exploratory study with a qualitative
approach, performed with nurses of Ana Bezerra University Hospital pediatric sector, located
in Santa Cruz / RN. We used a semi-structured instrument developed by the researchers,
where they had their lines properly recorded. The results show that there is a dialogic process
between nurse and patient professional, however, is still not carried out in a concise manner,
given that this process occurs specifically the collection of history, leaving the whole process
of the tiny comprehensive care. It highlights the importance of effective communication to
establish the provision of effective assistance, fostering communication and empowering the
patient in a holistic and comprehensive manner. |
