| Resumo: | Objective: To know how the risk classification in obstetric emergencies is organized in a public maternity hospital in the state of Rio Grande do Norte. Method: descriptive exploratory research with a qualitative approach. Participated the 06 professionals who act in the classification of risk, through an interview. For the analysis of the data, the content analysis technique was used Thematic modality Results: Based on the data emerged 03 categories: "Team of the classification of risk and necessity of qualification"; "Physical structure, internal and external flows" and "protocols and tokens". Conclusion: It is fundamental that there is a qualified and exclusive team for the classification of risk, an adequate physical structure, that the institution has a protocol directed to obstetrics. |
